Return Policy:
In the unfortunate event that your sink is damaged during shipping, we ask you to report the damage to the shipping carrier at once. The best practice is to open the package right away and provide a detailed report. Please contact us by sending email to sales@chinasink.com within 3 days of receipt, no claims will be entertained after the deadline of 3 days. Uninsured sinks are not eligible for a replacement/refund if damaged during shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any instance. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping charges if a replacement or refund becomes necessary.
